RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

At Everything By Mio, we are committed to ensuring you have a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items

Non-returnable items also include:

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Sale items are non-refundable; only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time.

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, please email us at info@everythingbymio.com and send the item to our return address below.

4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we receive the returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

5. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
